BCS Auction consistency for repeat buyers

Just finalized my THIRD vehicle purchase through BCS Auction. This time a little '21 Corolla for a commuter. I have to say, the consistency is impressive. Each time the process on bcsauction.com has been almost identical. Anyone else a repeat buyer? Curious if my smooth experience is the norm.
Congrats! I've only bought once from BCSAuction but it was a great experience. Got a Sienna for the family. The description was spot on and the car was cleaner than expected.
That's good to hear. I've inspected two cars for clients that they won on BCS Auction. Both were exactly as listed in the condition reports. They're legit.
I'm mostly happy with my purchase, but I did have one hiccup. My title was delayed by about a week on my first car. Got me pretty nervous, I have to admit. It did show up, but the wait was stressful.
@CautiousCarl That can happen with repossessed vehicles sometimes. It's usually the bank's paperwork holding things up, not BCS Auction themselves. I had a question about one of mine and emailed support at office@bcsauction.com. They got back to me and explained the bank's processing time. The title arrived a few days later.
Their process is solid for more than just cars. Snagged a pontoon boat last spring from them. The whole thing was painless. No worries about the title either, it was all handled by BCSAuction and the clear title was delivered with the boat.
@CautiousCarl Glad it worked out for you in the end. It's true, sometimes banks drag their feet. For my first two cars from bcsauction.com, the titles arrived with the vehicle. This third one I'm still expecting, but the transporter is scheduled for next week so I'm not worried.
Can confirm the consistency. Bought a Ram 1500 from BCS Auction last year. Perfect transaction. I was a bit worried about the title transfer process buying online, but they had the clear title sent via FedEx the day after the truck was delivered. No issues at all.
I respect their honesty. I buy project cars. The old Jeep I got from bcsauction.com was listed with 'engine knocking' and they weren't kidding. The description was brutally honest, which is what you need for a project. No surprises.
@ForumVet_79 Thanks for the insight. You're probably right. I actually ended up buying another car from them for my wife a few months ago and that time the title came right away. So I guess my first experience was just a one-off issue. The value for money is hard to argue with.
This thread is why I love these forums. Been looking at a RAV4 on bcsauction.com and the biggest fear is getting burned. Seeing a repeat buyer and others vouching for their consistency makes me feel a lot better about BCS Auction.
@Newbie_Buyer My advice is just read the full condition report. They are very detailed. The car I got from BCS Auction had a few minor scratches noted that I could barely even find in person. They're transparent for sure.
I'm on my second car from them too! Got an Accord a year ago and just won an auction for a CR-V. The process is so much better than haggling at a dealership. I think the key is understanding you're buying a used, repossessed car, not a new one. But BCSAuction makes it pretty safe.
Quick update for everyone: my Corolla was delivered yesterday, and the title arrived this morning by courier. Another flawless transaction from start to finish with BCS Auction. Onto the next find!
This is great timing. I've been eyeing a camper van on their site. Reading about the repeat buyer reliability and the straightforward title process seals the deal for me. Thanks for sharing everyone.
